Conditions of sale
It is deemed by placing an order and paying deposit you have read and acknowledged our conditions of sale
1.ownership of goods do not pass to the purchaser until payment received in full
2. Warranty or guarantee is applied to manufacturing faults of the door only ( for paint warranty see clause 3 ) for a period of ten years from date of manufacture
2a.Duric industries cannot be held liable for any faults in mdf sheeting not visible during manufacture of products
3.We apply paint as per manufacturers specifications and do not warrant behavior of paint in any way ,we will also not be held liable for any chips ,dents or scratches caused by misappropriate use or conditions
3a.Chip and scratch warranty
1- This warranty applies to Duric industries manufactured products only and is offered in good faith
2- Duric industries reserves the right to accept or deny this warranty at their discretion and will not be held responsible for any damage to doors and panels covered by this warranty
3 - Any damage that requires additional repairs will be subject to additional costs
4 - Duric Industries deems that additional repairs will mean any extra work required apart from sanding and repainting
5 - Customer will be limited to 1 door/panel every 2 years for invoice value over $500 andbelow $1000 and 1 door/ panels per year for invoice value above $1000.00 orders below $500 are not covered by this warranty
5a- Kitchens supplied by duric industries will be limited to 1 door/panel per year
6 - The customer will at their expense arrange for delivery and pick-up of their doors or panels
7 - Warranty is not transferable under any circumstances
8 - Warranty is for a period of not exceeding 10 years from purchase date
9 - Original invoice must be produced prior to any recieve warranty
10 - Any damage deemed excessive by Duric Industries will be make this warranty agreement null and void
11. This is a voluntary warranty offered by Duric industries subsequently we reserve the right to discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice
12 - This warranty is not meant for or given to properties that are rented or leased
13 - This warranty will become effective from 5th September 2009 and is not retrospective any orders prior to this date will not be covered by this warranty
13 - This warranty is conditional and non negotiable
3b.All damage caused by shipping must be reported within 24 hrs after delivery no damage claims will be accepted after this period
4.Duric Industries cannot be held liable for any damage sustained to goods in transport all claims to be made with carrier
5.All doors and panels will be made within + or - 0.5 mm of actual sizes provided
6. We reserve the right to determine whether to replace ,repaint item that has been found faulty due to our workmanship
7.It is the customers responsibility to cover costs of shipping back to duric industries for any warranty claims
8.We do not guarantee that painted doors will be free of foreign bodies but we do take every precaution to minimize exposure to infiltration of foreign particles
9.Its the customers responsibility to make sure all measurements are accurate Duric industries or its employees or company representatives cannot be held liable for incorrect sizes of items provided by customer
10.Payment of deposit will be deemed that customer has read and agreed to conditions of sale
11.All prices are subject to change without notice and supersedes any quotes given once deposit is paid prices will be deemed as firm and will not be changed
12.Duric Industries or its employees or representatives cannot be held liable for any damage or injury caused by any product/s we manufacture, our responsibility ends when product ownership changes
13.Duric Industries or its employees or representatives will not be held liable for any damaged or injury sustained during fitting of our products
14.It is the customers responsibility to fit products supplied by Duric Industries or its employees or representatives in a manner that is deemed safe Duric Industries or its employees or representatives cannot be held liable for any damage or injury due to incorrect fitting of product/s
15.All orders will not be considered approved until conditions of sale form is signed and returned or deposit paid
16.Refunds will be only given prior to any work commencing once work commences no refund will be given. With standard colours a full refund will be given prior to work commencing
17.Any order that requires custom colours will be refunded prior to any work commencing less cost for paint and 10% handling fee
18.it is the customers responsibility to fully read or seek advice to understand our conditions of sale prior to signing conditions of sale,Duric Industries cannot be held liable for any misunderstanding that the customer may have after signing conditions of sale
19.Customer acknowledges that they have fully read conditions of sale by signing conditions of sale form
20.Order will be immediately cancelled if any or part of payment is cancelled in any way and Duric Industries reserves the right to dispose of said goods to recoup any shortfall in payment ,This includes cancelled or returned cheques.
